Category description
We supply wheat flour milled to the protein band your bakery or food plant works with, sourced from mills in Henan, Shandong and Hebei. Flour is a milled product, so the meaningful specification is not a brand name but a set of measurable limits: protein content, moisture, ash, and gluten development. Those limits are written into the contract, verified on a mill sample, and re-checked on the loaded bags at pre-shipment inspection before the container is sealed.
Every shipment is quoted against a confirmed specification, packed to the format agreed for your channel, and documented so the Cuban side can clear it without guesswork.
Technical specification
Reference values for Flour shipments on the China-to-Cuba route. Final limits are written into the purchase contract for each order.
Shipment handling
25 kg or 50 kg kraft paper or woven polypropylene bags, on pallets, with lot code and milling date printed and the pallet wrap sealed.
Bag, tonne, or FCL 20ft / 40ft. Tonnage is quoted and confirmed against the mill production schedule.
A 20ft container carries approximately 19–20 MT of flour and a 40ft high-cube approximately 38–40 MT, depending on the pallet pattern and the mill packing weight.
Protein, moisture, ash, and gluten spot checks against the mill certificate, plus bag stitching, seal integrity, and verification that the lot marking matches the mill production record.
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, and the mill production and quality certificate. Protein grade and packing stated on the licence must match the contract.
