Category description
We supply whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, and specified-fat bands from dairies in Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, and Xinjiang, packed in aluminium-laminate bags with a barrier layer suitable for long shelf life. Milk powder has strict limits on fat, protein, moisture, and bacterial count, so every order is tied to a dated production batch rather than a generic grade. We keep the batch certificate, the pre-shipment inspection result, and the invoice describing the same lot, which is what the dairy licence process on the Cuban side expects to see.
Every shipment is quoted against a confirmed specification, packed to the format agreed for your channel, and documented so the Cuban side can clear it without guesswork.
Technical specification
Reference values for Milk Powder shipments on the China-to-Cuba route. Final limits are written into the purchase contract for each order.
Shipment handling
25 kg aluminium-laminate foil bags with an inner liner and a reinforced edge seal, palletised and kept in a dry, temperature-controlled store from filling to stuffing.
Bag, tonne, or FCL 20ft / 40ft. We quote on the confirmed production batch.
A 20ft container holds approximately 80–90 bags of 25 kg, around 16–18 MT. A 40ft holds roughly 150–160 bags on the same pallet pattern.
Fat, protein, and moisture verification against the batch certificate, micro-biological load check, seal and foil integrity inspection, and a lot code trace back to the production date.
Health certificate, certificate of origin, and the dairy batch and quality certificate. The fat band and packing on the licence must match the contract and the batch record.
