How CoExpys handles Gypsum Plaster Board

We supply gypsum plaster board from Shandong, Jiangsu and Hebei plants for hardware importers, drywall contractors and building projects. Board size and thickness decide the loading plan: a 12.5 mm board is roughly a third heavier than a 9.5 mm board of the same size, so the pallet count and the freight rate follow directly from the specification. We agree the board size, the thickness and the board type on the contract, verify the board weight and the edge profile on a sample, and count boards and pallets on a random selection at inspection before stuffing.

Every shipment is quoted against a confirmed specification, packed to the format agreed for your channel, and documented so the Cuban side can clear it without guesswork.

Container plan

A 20ft container holds approximately 18–20 pallets, about 20–22 MT depending on the board thickness and the pallet height.

Inspection focus

Board size and thickness check, board weight per square metre verification, edge and face inspection, moisture-resistance type confirmation where ordered, and pallet count check.
