We supply polypropylene and polyethylene storage boxes for importers, hardware retailers and catering suppliers, in the sizes that move fastest in your market — 30, 45, 60 and 80 litre — with separate or snap-on lids. Two things decide whether the shipment works commercially: whether the boxes nest to cut the freight cost per piece, and whether the stacked load strength is enough for your warehouse stacking. We confirm both on a production sample, and our China team checks the moulded part number on a random carton at inspection so the delivered lot is the same part you approved.

Typical packing
Boxes are nested with the lids separated and packed inside, or flat-packed depending on the stacking strength you need, in export cartons marked with the part number and colour code.

Piece, carton, pallet, or FCL 20ft / 40ft. We quote by the carton that matches your order size.
Container plan
A 20ft container holds approximately 900–1,100 cartons when the boxes are nested; flat-packed loads reduce the count accordingly.
Inspection focus
Moulded part number check on a random carton, capacity and dimension spot check, lid fit verification, and stacking load test on the sampled units.
Clearance notes
Certificate of origin plus a material declaration for the resin used. The article description on the licence must match the part and the material stated on the contract.
