How CoExpys handles Stainless Steel Cookware

We supply stainless steel cookware from Guangdong and Zhejiang manufacturers working with 304 and 430 grade steel, in single-ply or multi-ply base construction. Two specifications matter for the Cuban market: the base construction, because it decides whether the range works on gas, electric or induction, and the fill weight, because it decides the freight cost per piece. We confirm both on a sample before production, and check the stamped grade, the base construction and the set contents on a random carton at pre-shipment inspection so the delivered lot matches the approved sample.

Every shipment is quoted against a confirmed specification, packed to the format agreed for your channel, and documented so the Cuban side can clear it without guesswork.

Container plan

A 20ft container holds approximately 1,800–2,400 cartons depending on the set size and the fill weight per piece.

Inspection focus

Steel grade stamping check, base construction and induction-capability verification, fill weight check against the contract, lid fit, and confirmation that the carton contents match the agreed set configuration.

Clearance notes

Certificate of origin, the mill material certificate for the steel grade, and a food-contact declaration. The article description on the licence must match the grade and set stated on the contract.
