Category description
We source dried pulses from the Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and Yunnan growing areas, working with packers who can deliver a single variety per lot rather than a mixed shipment. Because pulses are graded on impurity, moisture and broken grain rather than on protein alone, we agree the contract limits before the order enters production and check the delivered lot against the same limits at inspection. Cleaning and grading are confirmed in advance so you receive the physical product you specified.
Every shipment is quoted against a confirmed specification, packed to the format agreed for your channel, and documented so the Cuban side can clear it without guesswork.
Technical specification
Reference values for shipments on the China-to-Cuba route. Final limits are written into the purchase contract for each order.
Shipment handling
25 kg or 50 kg woven polypropylene bags with a sealed inner liner, packed at the cleaning and grading plant so the delivered lot matches the agreed grade.
Bag, tonne, or FCL 20ft / 40ft. Loading is planned by net weight rather than by bag count.
Beans are loaded by confirmed net weight, so the container count depends on the verified weight per bag and the stowage plan for the vessel. We confirm the figure before booking.
Moisture and impurity percentage check, broken grain count, sampling from the top, middle, and bottom of the stack, and colour and cleanliness verification against the reference sample.
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, and a fumigation or disinfestation certificate where the destination requires it. Variety and packing on the licence must match the contract.
Clearance pack
Our Cuban team checks the licence description against the contract before loading, so the paperwork on arrival matches what the licence says.
